Job Description

• Prepare and present dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-room dining, functions, and buffets with Novotel’s signature flair.
• Deliver high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in a dynamic hotel kitchen.
• Organise your section, manage mise en place, and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Follow established recipes while bringing creativity and passion to every plate.
• Monitor stock, maintain rotation, and minimise waste in line with sustainability values.
• Work alongside a supportive team of chefs in an energetic, fast paced kitchen environment.
