About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Exchange Hybrid Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team on a long-term contract. This role is critical in delivering secure, reliable, and scalable messaging solutions across hybrid Microsoft Exchange environments (on-premises and cloud).

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Exchange hybrid configurations, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365. The position also involves advanced troubleshooting, migration expertise, and contributing to strategic planning for messaging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Migration : Plan and execute migrations; configure hybrid connectivity, mail flow, and authentication (AAD Connect, OAuth, etc.).
• Administration & Support : Manage Exchange servers, databases, and mail routing; monitor system health and performance; provide Tier 3 support for complex issues.
• Security & Compliance : Apply best practices for email security, encryption, anti-spam, and anti-malware; ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration & Documentation : Work closely with network, security, and cloud teams; maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes.

Skills & Experience

Multi-tenant or complex Exchange Online migrations.
