RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose of this role

• Ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all campaigns
• Direct and manage project stakeholders from Commercial group - Creative Lab including Brand Studios, Events, Ad ops, Social Hub, Content Group, News and Current Affairs group, Digital Group, Talent Hub (TCA / Bloomrs), Legal, Finance amongst others to drive the timely and smooth delivery of the campaigns
• Troubleshoot the solution delivery process to ensure best client satisfaction
• Provide clients with single-point-of-contact for post sales campaign execution and conflict resolution

Responsibilities :

Take over from Pre Sales team once the contract is signed off and develop an intimate understanding of key stakeholder units and the process to manage the campaign deliveries with success

Ensure high client satisfaction with process flow, communication exchange, resolution of issues and quality of deliverables

Ensure close collaboration with all production units (Creative Lab, CG, NCA etc) to produce the content, ensure ads are booked in, billing and payments are in order. Ensure P&L approved is kept to and close the job
