The Role :

We’re seeking a Qualified Builder (LBP) with a strong background in construction to join our team. This is a dynamic, mobile role that spans a broad area, requiring adaptability, resourcefulness, and efficient time management. It’s a hands-on position where you’ll engage in a wide range of building projects, carry out essential repairs, and proactively maintain client buildings and assets (such as playgrounds) to the highest standards. Working alongside a collaborative team of builders, handypersons, plumbers, electricians, estimators, and project managers, you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional results that make a real difference in our communities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely delivering high-quality building projects, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Managing safety, compliance, and quality standards across all tasks.
• Collaborating effectively with in-house teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to self-deliver building projects.
• Planning and managing project costs, compliance requirements, and purchasing materials.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

About You :

You’re a Registered Builder (LBP) with the skills and experience to deliver quality workmanship in a safe and efficient manner. You take pride in your craft and enjoy contributing to a supportive and high-performing team.
