PA Opportunity – Bayleys Whitianga Residential and Lifestyle Sales

Bayleys Whitianga has an exciting opportunity for a high-achieving administrator to support two top-performing agents, Bev Calder and Shree Henderson, as their PA. Bring your passion for the real estate industry and provide exceptional support to this team, playing a key part in their continued success.

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, quickly adapts to new technology, and has a talent for refining and managing databases to improve lead generation. Your support will enable the agent to focus on high-value client interactions and achieving strong sales outcomes.

This is a position where you will get the opportunity to take responsibility and really own the support functions of the role all while gaining valuable experience in Real Estate.

Responsibilities Include :

• Managing advertising campaigns relating to the sale of properties
• Liaising with vendors & purchasers
• Administration tasks, specific to the real estate industry
• Use a CRM system called Property Suite to manage listings and database
• Preparing information packs, preparing framework for marketing reports, scheduling social media content
