The Role Reporting to the Business Services Manager, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on a 6 month fixed term contract on the project to migrate and upgrade our Maximo to MAS Asset Management system with client integration.
In this role, you will be working with out NZ based Business Analyst lead and SME's, as well as our Technical team based in Australia, to deliver this project successfully.
Key responsibilities Development of business requirements Participate in stakeholder workshops Design and document business process workflows, change impact assessments and develop training material Deliver system training to internal and external users with a range of technology capability and experience Performing Business Readiness analysis before project implementation Provide support to our Change Management team.
Skills and experience Confident communication skills Strong Business Process Analyst and Business process mapping skills Previous experience in system migration / upgrade projects Previous experience facilitating workshops and training delivery programs Previous experience in Agile planning / SCRUM methodology advantageous Advanced MS Office skills and competent advantageous SQL / DAX / MDX experience highly advantageous Knowledge of and experience in application of change management methodologies.
Knowledge of Facilities Management and Asset Management industry advantageous.
Recognized certifications relevant to the skillset.
