Are you experienced within Business Support Services, including HR Coordination and Finance Administration? Isthmus. is a design company based in Tāmaki Makaurau’s CBD, with an approach that integrates landscape architecture, urban design and architecture. We are on the hunt for a ‘Business Services Coordinator’ to play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO, Business Services Team and wider Studio, by integrating executive support, people systems, finance administration and communications functions.
This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, effective coordination of key people processes, consistent brand and communications activity, and robust financial administration - all aligned with Isthmus. ’ Kaupapa and strategic direction.
Ideally, we are looking for a full‑time person who can ‘do it all’, but open to a potential split role / job sharing arrangement.
