This is a full‑time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration for this role is circa $62,000 p.a. (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
As a Maintenance Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our metro water treatment plants operating safely and efficiently. You’ll carry out weekly cleaning, inspections and basic maintenance across process systems and facilities, help maintain grounds and catchment areas, and support CIR checks. From time to time, you’ll also assist trades staff on more complex works. This is a practical, varied role that directly supports safe, reliable drinking water for the region.
