Performance Marketing Specialist
About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of digital campaigns across three exciting travel and hospitality brands .
You’ll manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital channels , with a sharp focus on delivering strong ROAS and growth. The role suits someone hands‑on, analytical, and motivated by tangible results — someone who loves finding the levers that make a campaign outperform expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) , Google Ads , and other key performance channels.
- Track and analyse performance data, continuously improving ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics .
- Develop testing frameworks for creative, copy, and audience segments.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align paid activity with brand goals, promotions, and seasonal strategies.
- Report insights clearly, using data to inform and influence creative and budget decisions.
- Stay current on trends and innovations in digital advertising and analytics.
About You
Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising , ideally managing significant monthly ad budgets.Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) .Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.An interest in travel, events, or hospitality is a plus.What’s on Offer
