As a Parts and Service Technical Advisor, you’ll provide accurate parts and service quotations for internal and external enquiries, prepare estimates for complex jobs, and create standard jobs that help keep our operations running smoothly.
• What We’re Looking For
• Trade Certificate in Heavy Automotive Engineering with hands-on experience
• 7+ years’ experience in our industry or a related field
• Strong knowledge of SIS, MS Office and relevant software
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to process
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsYou’ll join a team of four Technical Advisors, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure exceptional customer experiences every time.If you’re looking to move into a specialised support role with strong earning potential, this is a great opportunity—especially for those with solid problem-solving skills and deep mechanical experience from the workshop or field service.
