Are you ready to hit the ground running and take a lead role in New Zealand’s largest State Highway contract? We’re searching for a high-achieving Renewals Manager who is confident stepping into a complex, fast-paced environment and keen to prove themselves at the top level.

This is a truly unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to make their mark on a nationally significant infrastructure programme. You’ll work alongside some of the best in the industry, with plenty of room for growth and advancement as you drive operational excellence across a multi-million-dollar contract in Northland.

In addition to the above you will have :

• Experience in renewals (either road maintenance, resurfacing or construction).
• Strong communication skills and people-focused approach.
• Ability to independently plan across our annual programme, prioritise and take initiative.
• Knowledge of underlying engineering principles and legislation that represent good practice with NZ civil.
• Experience in and understanding of project management principles.
• Understanding of traffic management planning.
• Experience in using AWM (RAMM) – preferred.
• Appropriate tertiary level qualifications – Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
