YOU

• Extensive senior-level accounting experience (10+ years preferred)
• CA ideal OR working towards OR excellent senior level 'experience'
• Possibility also for a Commercial Accountant from a larger company who is CA qualified
• Proven expertise in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts
• Strong proficiency with Xero, MYOB or Cash Manager advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with flawless spoken English
• Ability to advise clients proactively and build trusted relationships
• Demonstrated ability to peer review work and mentor team members
• Adaptability to work with teams across multiple practices and offices
• Willingness to relocate to Whanganui (no visa support) and commit to full-time employment (part-time possible for the right candidate)
• Experience in business advisory, cashflow forecasting, or business development advantageous
• Background working with diverse client portfolios and handling complex accounting issues
• Knowledge of NZ accounting standards and compliance requirements
