The Opportunity

We are looking for a high performing 5+ PQE Senior Associate to join our highly successful Corporate & Commercial practice in January 2026. We’d love the successful candidate to be based in / around Christchurch, but we can be flexible for the right person.

This position is ideal for a well-rounded corporate and commercial lawyer with demonstrated capital raising and M&A expertise, as well as an ability to assist our diverse client base with a varied range of general commercial, privacy and corporate work. You will work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with.

We act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including capital raising (Seed, Series A, Series B, and beyond), sale and purchase of businesses, employee incentive schemes, shareholder agreements, share buy‑backs, business structuring, loans and corporate governance, as well as all general commercial law matters.

• Experienced : At least 5 years of corporate and commercial law experience in a reputable law firm.
