The Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Team Leader to navigate a crucial period of major system transformation. This is a high-demand, high-impact fixed-term contract with an ASAP start. We require a proven operational leader who can hit the ground running immediately.

You will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Operational Officers through this significant cultural and process shift, ensuring continuity and excellence in service delivery.
