Assistant Manager

North Beach have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our store in Silverdale.

The successful applicant will have exceptional communication, strong leadership skills and proven experience in retail management.

You’ll need to be mature, confident, results driven and dynamic; ready to get stuck in whilst providing day to day support for the Store Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing support, mentoring, training, and guidance to your staff to drive results.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, and developing initiatives to improve performance.
• Building relationships with local customers.

This is a fast‑paced, busy role working Sunday to Thursday, approximately 43 hours per week and must be available to work public holidays.
