About the role

As the senior coordinator, you will be the connective tissue for a whole‑of‑organisation service model programme. You’ll stand up cross‑functional teams, bring order to a low‑maturity environment, keep delivery moving and support business case development to key milestones. Success looks like clear rhythms, tidy artefacts, crisp communication and calmly facilitated sessions that align diverse stakeholders. If you’re pragmatic, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves, while role‑modeling flexible, agile ways of working, this is for you.

• Coordinate multiple workstreams and keep schedules, governance rhythms, and actions on track.
• Stand up cross‑functional teams; set up Teams sites and document repositories.
• Own admin excellence : meetings, minutes, action tracking, version control, and filing.
• Host the design room; support big‑room planning and project kick‑offs.
• Support business case development activity through to key milestones.
• Work closely with programme leadership, core team, SMEs, and new cross‑functional teams.
