Assistant Store Manager - Lead, Coach & Drive Success

Are you a hands-on retail leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment? We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager ready to support the Store Manager, inspire a high-performing team, and help drive sales and store success for a well-established retail brand.

The Role :

• Support day-to-day retail operations and team management
• Maintain high in-store visual merchandising and operational standards
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential
• Ensure health & safety compliance and smooth store operations
• Assist with financial performance, reporting, and wage budgets
• Help manage inventory, rostering, and overall store performance

About You :

• Proven experience in retail management or leadership roles
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written, across all levels
• Sales-driven with commercial awareness
• People-first leader who inspires and develops their team
• Detail-oriented with a practical, hands-on approach
