This is an exciting opportunity to join Health New Zealand and play a crucial role in recruitment, directly contributing to achieving national health targets. There is a lot of scope to really make this role your own!

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will provide operational recruitment guidance, advice, and support to people leaders. You will be responsible for delivering candidate-centric recruitment services, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will support junior team members and lead portfolio-specific projects and recruitment events.

This is a 12 month fixed term role, based at either Palmerston North Hospital or Whanganui hospital. The role will primarily manage recruitment of Whanganui vacancies so there will be travel involved if you are based in Palmerston North.
