We are a team of 40 who believe in work-life balance. No long commutes, & no long days in the office; we operate 8am – 5pm, anything above is paid overtime.

What we are looking for

• Civil Engineer with a minimum of two years New Zealand experience with pavement design and three-waters.
• You’ll be eager and keen to work towards becoming chartered and will be supported through this by our leadership team.
• Your team will continuously bounce ideas off each other to reach the best design outcomes.
• You will attend sites to monitor the construction process and will liaise with contractors and subbies.
• You will front clients from project conception to completion.
• You will have excellent written and spoken English.
