HealthTECH Resources is seeking a seasoned clinical applications executive to drive meaningful change at scale. You will be partnering with a multi-hospital health system to lead a critical Epic Refuel transformation initiative.

Opportunity Summary

Start : Flexible
Contract duration : 24-36 months
Hybrid schedule required (East Coast onsite presence will be essential)
Lead a comprehensive 24-36 month Epic Refuel initiative
Transform clinical applications from foundation to optimization
Build and reshape teams while driving organizational change
Position the health system for AI / automation adoption
Direct both Epic (85-90%) and ancillary clinical applications

Epic Refuel Transformation Leader Primary Responsibilities

Oversee stabilization of critical in-flight projects

Conduct comprehensive assessment of current state operations

Make strategic decisions about team composition and structure

Lead Epic Refuel program from foundation-building through targeted optimization

Partner with C-suite leadership to drive enterprise transformation

Manage multi-facility standardization efforts post-acquisition growth

Epic Refuel Transformation Leader Key Qualifications

Demonstrated Epic Refuel or major Epic transformation experience (in large health systems)

Track record of successful health system clinical application leadership, experience making difficult organizational decisions and driving change

Led Epic Gold Stars advancement (5+ level improvement)

Multi-hospital / IDN integration experience

Virtual team transformation expertise

Vendor and stakeholder management at executive level

Strong team building and change management expertise

Comfort operating in “turnaround” environments
