Overview

We are looking for a full‑time Sales and Marketing Manager to direct, set, and manage our sales teams in Wellington and Tauranga.

Minimum guaranteed hours per week : 30. Maximum hours per week : 45.

Qualification / Work Experience

You will need to have at least three years of relevant work experience and a relevant qualification in management. A valid full driving licence is required.

This position is based in Wellington but requires weekly travel to Tauranga. Travel and accommodation are organised and paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and oversee the sales and marketing functions within the organisation to support business growth.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals to maximise revenue and market share.
• Establish clear, measurable sales targets for teams to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and sales channels to expand the organisation’s reach.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and decision‑making.
• Direct the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the organisation’s goods and services to a broad audience.
• Design and execute strategies to enhance and protect the organisation’s public image and reputation.
• Ensure consistent communication and messaging across all platforms and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Lead and manage sales and operational teams.
• Mentor and develop team members to support talent growth and professional development within the organisation.
• Track sales performance, market trends and campaign metrics using data and reporting tools.
• Prepare and present regular business development reports to senior management.
