• An exciting opportunity has arisen in the NASC team Waitematā. We have permanent full time opportunities in community as well as in our inpatient team.
• Join NASC in our mission to provide assessment and coordination of support services for older adults with health and disability-related needs, as well as for younger individuals managing chronic long-term health conditions. Our goal is to facilitate independent living at home or assist with a smooth transition to Residential Care when necessary.We are actively seeking skilled Allied Health and Nurse professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess current professional registration and a New Zealand annual practicing certificate, along with a valid driver's license. Demonstrated expertise in assessment and service coordination is preferred.Successful candidates will have a track record of working collaboratively with clients and their whanau to tailor care packages that align with their support requirements. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a history of positive relationship building, are essential.Te Whatu Ora Waitematā is dedicated to addressing health inequities within our community, particularly for Māori, and aims to prioritize equity.
