Job Description

As a Programme Manager , you’ll be the friendly face that makes the Stay and Play Programme unforgettable for children. You’ll be working a minimum of 10 hours per week , rostered across Monday - Friday, 2.30pm - 6pm, with potential school holiday programme hours available. This will initially be a roaming position across Addington, Fendalton and Selwyn house sites.

• Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day – from set-up to smooth operations – while building awesome relationships with our school communities
• Supervise and join Tamariki in awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music
• Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly
• Be the friendly, go‑to face for parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive
• Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day
• Arrive early to prep activities, co‑ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start
