The GTPN (Global Treasury and Payment Network) Team is at the heart of Airwallex’s payment infrastructure, specializing in expanding the coverage of our global treasury and payment network, enhancing its capabilities and user experience, and provisioning innovative payment products grounded in a robust financial infrastructure. With the ongoing expansion of our global presence, we seek a highly accomplished and motivated Engineering Director to lead this dynamic team.

As the Engineering Director in Airwallex’s GTPN team, you will oversee multiple feature teams across Transfers, Client Treasury, and GTPN Infrastructure. You will be accountable for the overall quality and delivery of multiple engineering streams, clearing roadblocks, providing guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This role will work with key stakeholders globally, manage all engineers in the GTPN team, and define the tech vision of the business domain to build products that not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations.

This role is based in China .
