Facilities & Front of House Coordinator

We are seeking a confident and well-presented Facilities and Front of House Coordinator to join a high-performing property and facilities team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, takes pride in building presentation, and communicates clearly and professionally at all times. This is a Monday to Friday position. Due to the nature of the role, working from home is not possible.

You will support the daily operations of a premium residential building, working closely with the Facilities Manager and external contractors. Strong written and verbal communication is essential, along with the ability to handle resident enquiries, manage contractors, oversee common areas and maintain accurate administrative records. A background in facilities, property, customer service or building operations will be an advantage.
