We’re after a hands‑on General Manager who knows the trades, understands project pressures, and keeps operations commercially tight. This isn’t a desk only role — you’ll be on site, leading people, meeting clients, and quoting work.

What you’ll do :

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and team performance
• Quote and price projects accurately and profitably
• Oversee project delivery and client satisfaction
• Manage budgets, margins, and reporting
• Build strong client and supplier relationships
• Drive improvements in systems, safety, and efficiency
