What you'll be doing

• Prepare and manage all documentation related to property conveyancing from the initial enquiry through to post‑settlement enquiries
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other legal professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process
• Provide general legal advice and support to clients on a range of property‑related matters including off‑plan transactions, subdivisions and build contracts
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records and client files
• Assist with other legal tasks as required by the team
