Now we’re looking for a seasoned real estate dealmaker to lead our acquisitions function. If you know how to hunt opportunities, negotiate complex deals and build strong networks – while managing and inspiring a team of hungry operators – this is your stage.

The Role

As Acquisitions Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind Wolfbrook’s growth engine. This is a true player‑coach role – equal parts dealmaker and leader. You’ll lead a team of up to 10 acquisition specialists, while also running your own pipeline, closing major deals and setting the tone for high performance.

• Sourcing, evaluating and negotiating land and property acquisitions nationwide.
• Leading, coaching and motivating a team of acquisition specialists.
• Driving deal strategy, approvals and execution in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Building strong networks with landowners, agents, developers and commercial players.
• Managing deal flow, pipeline visibility and reporting to leadership.
• Acting as the closer on key negotiations – bringing deals over the line.
