This role blends technical expertise with team leadership, offering a dynamic mix of fieldwork, data analysis, and strategic coordination. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of our monitoring programs—programs that underpin major infrastructure upgrades and environmental compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of Water Technicians in the field
• Manage installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of monitoring equipment
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially in confined spaces and high‑risk environments
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for field operations
• Review and analyze data trends, reporting insights to engineers, scientists, and managers
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to training and development initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes

About You

A background in plumbing, drainlaying, building, or contracting is valuable. Leadership experience in technical or field‑based roles is highly desirable.
