Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable, credit card and employee expense claims.
- Provide operational financial advice on payment and process queries.
- Participate in regular internal audits of payment approval processes.
- Manage financial administration of corporate and residential property portfolios.
Qualifications
Accounts Payable systems integration and daily payment run execution.Employee expense management and credit card transaction integration.Supplier data management including new and change processes.Experience with large financial management systems, preferably SAP / AIP.Ensuring expense and invoice compliance with policies and variance rectification.Up-skilling staff on financial systems and processes.Salary
Salary between $68,241 -$75,014 commensurate with skills and experience.
