Plant Manager

What we need you to focus on :

• Accountability for operational performance of our South Island business.
• Lead the South Island operations to ensure the team has the people capability and culture necessary to succeed.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, considering forecasted demand, production capacity, and other variables.
• Oversee the efficient utilization of production resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Champion high quality standards in our product.
• Coordinate with sales and transport teams to ensure product is ready on time.
• Provide regular production updates and reports to senior management.
