Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Implementation and Support Specialist to join our outstanding team at our Orewa location.

What you will carry

Guide new clients from initial scoping and data migration through to successful, timely system launch and integration.

Design and conduct high-impact training (in-person and virtual).

Serve as a trusted technical advisor, offering timely troubleshooting and effective support.

Collaborate with Development and Product teams to translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.

Utilise AI tools to create and maintain knowledge base articles, tutorials, and documentation.

Proactively identify and implement process efficiencies using automation and AI tools.

Other tasks as and when required.

What you will bring

Ideally you bring a bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar with practical experience in industries that Timecloud serves.

Maturity in dealing with customers.

A demonstrated strong work ethic that means rolling up your sleeves and solving real-world problems for customers.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, clear thinking and communication. You can understand and explain complex technical concepts (like API integrations or data flows) to non-technical users, diagnose technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and find creative and effective solutions.

Knowledge of SaaS application implementation and support workflows, coupled with a solid, practical grasp of relational database structures (e.g. understanding tables, fields, and basic data mapping), would be beneficial.

Any knowledge and experience with AI tools is well regarded.
