JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Auckland CBD branch is seeking an experienced Property Coordinator who will support day to day management of the Pacific Health Group property portfolio of over 100 sites to ensure that staff and clients are provided with safe and always fit for purpose facilities. The role includes support for lease administration, maintenance coordination, and general property-related tasks to ensure that facilities are maintained to a high standard.
Main responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate property records and support lease administration
- Coordinate daily maintenance requests and manage contractors
- Assist with property improvement projects, including site visits
- Manage compliance requirements, audits, and contractor H&S clearances
- Oversee centralised service contracts and planned maintenance
- Ensure sustainability principles guide procurement decisions
- Support general duties, policy adherence, audits, training, and key relationships
