We’re a dynamic team in the construction industry looking for a highly organised and proactive Divisional Administrator to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to support a variety of key functions, including graphics & marketing, event coordination, and administration , while working closely with our team.
What You’ll Do
- Graphics & Marketing : Create and manage visual content for tenders and marketing, ensuring brand consistency.
- Event Organisation : Plan and coordinate meetings, presentations, and internal events.
- Meeting Support : Accurately record and distribute minutes for multiple weekly meetings.
- Reporting : Assist with checking and verifying divisional reports for accuracy.
- Administration : Provide filing, payroll support, and general office management.
- Systems & IT : Use Microsoft Suite confidently and ideally have experience with construction software (e.g., Jobpac, Procore).
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.A collaborative mindset aligned with our values : teamwork, integrity, accountability .Experience supporting senior leadership or project teams is a plus.Knowledge of health & safety processes and ISO-certified systems is advantageous.Additional Info
