Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst based in Christchurch to support a large ERP migration project, with a strong focus on manual and integration testing across Finance and HR modules. You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, developers, project leads and cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth, high‑quality delivery.

What you’ll be doing

Lead and execute testing across an ERP migration.
Deliver manual functional testing for new and upgraded modules.
Own and coordinate integration testing across multiple systems and interfaces.
Develop test plans, test cases, scenarios and test data.
Support defect triage, documentation, and resolution.
Ensure environments, documentation and test artefacts are kept up to date.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive quality and delivery outcomes.

What you’ll bring

5+ years in Test Analyst / Senior Test Analyst roles.

Proven experience testing ERP systems (Finance or HR modules essential).

Strong background in manual functional and integration testing .

Solid understanding of testing methodologies and structured project environments.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across project teams.

Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in large, fast‑moving programmes.
