We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support professional to join our team. This role is a vital link between our sales team, key accounts, and various internal departments. You will work alongside another Sales Support team member to ensure the seamless processing of sales orders and deliver exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing :

Attending to all customer enquiries and requests via email or phone

Processing customer orders, requests for samples and ensuring the delivery times are communicated and expectations are met

Managing and updating the CRM database and other systems, such as the accounting system as needed

Taking care of all delivery logistics with a high level of attention to detail – shipping, courier & freight, making sure the customer is kept up to date throughout

Provide support to the sales team through creating quotes, and coordinating and proofing artwork

Running regular reports for customers, analysing and tracking sales forecasts

Assisting the accounts, sales and production team wherever you need to, to ensure the customer gets what they want, when they want it

Managing sales sample store room

What we need from you :

Manufacturing or production environment exposure

Superb communication skills – both verbal and written

The ability to pivot, multitask and be really flexible (as you’ll be needing the juggle the tasks many times each day)

Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly

Be the most outstanding team player possible

Be reliable and flexible and be available to cover others within the team and do extra hours during peak times when required

A good working knowledge of MS Office 365 and some experience with MRP software, ideally ABEL.

This is a busy fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be nimble on your feet and have the ability to think ahead.
