Join Conservation Volunteers New Zealand (CVNZ) and use your skills to inspire action for nature.
We are seeking a Migrant Conservation Programme Coordinator in Auckland to engage migrant communities in hands-on conservation projects and support their connection to nature. If you thrive working with people, love the outdoors, and bring strengths in community engagement, we’d love to hear from you — you don’t need to tick every box.
About us
Conservation Volunteers New Zealand (CVNZ) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the protection and restoration of Te Taiao (the environment) in Aotearoa.
With offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, each year we engage thousands of volunteers and participants in conservation work across the motu. Together, we have planted more than 2 million native trees, cleared over 800 hectares of invasive weeds, removed 14,000kg of rubbish, supported predator control and species monitoring, and helped hundreds of people move into full-time employment through our training and work programmes.
By joining the CVNZ team, you’ll be contributing directly to this mahi — restoring ecosystems, strengthening communities, and helping Papatūānuku thrive.
