Associate / Senior Manager

The Role

About You

• Strong technical accounting and tax capability
• Experience in compliance and business advisory services
• Exceptional people skills—you enjoy partnering with clients and earning their trust
• A desire to influence decisions and contribute to firm‑wide direction
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
• 4+ years experience within a CA environment

Candidates from Big 4 or second‑tier firms are encouraged to apply—particularly those seeking more autonomy and the ability to make a real impact as well as wanting a clear career path toward ownership.
