Excavator Operator

Scarborough Bros Limited – Auckland, North Island

Scarborough Bros Ltd are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator working in the Auckland region.

Driving and operating excavators and associated plant and machinery on a variety of civil and earthmoving projects. Being able to operate all size diggers and bobcat an advantage. Also some general labouring on-site when required.

The job involves general earthworks and detailed excavation, trimming to subgrade levels, trenching and backfilling, grading, loading material for transport and any other duties specific to civil earthworks.

Rockbreaking and drilling experience.

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience operating excavators in civil works.

Liaising with clients and staff and able to work well both unsupervised and as part of a team.

This is a permanent full time role, working Monday - Friday and Saturday as required. Minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week. Estimated actual earnings $ .

A work ute will be provided so a valid drivers licence is required.
