About the Role
A couple of opportunities have come up to join our dedicated Radiology team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our radiology service is committed to providing high-quality diagnostic imaging to support patient care across the region. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals in a friendly, patient-centred environment. There are opportunities for training, skill development, and career advancement.
The working hours are 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE). Shifts are on a 24 / 7 rotating roster Monday - Sunday, with no one working alone at one time.
There is no on-call for this position.
About the Team / Service / Location
Nelson Hospital Radiology is a leading diagnostic provider with two brand-new Siemens dual energy CT scanners and a team of experienced professionals. Our department offers a comprehensive range of imaging services, including General Radiography, CT scanning, MRI, Interventional / Cardiac Cath Lab and ultrasound, dedicating a gold standard service to a diverse patient population. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality diagnostic imaging service to improve patient outcomes.

As a Medical Imaging Technologist , you will have or be :
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
