Mō Te Tūranga - About The Role
This role supports Agri Relationship Managers in delivering seamless banking experiences by providing customer solutions and insights through financial analysis and dedicated support for designated customer groups. The Agri Relationship Associate will develop credit and relationship management skills, and within 12 months may be entrusted with a small Credit Approval Delegation and manage three or more accounts at the discretion of senior management. This position is ideal for individuals with emerging talent and the potential to progress into full Relationship Management responsibilities.

Role Type : 12-month Secondment / Fixed term role
Hours : Standard 37.5 hrs
