Business Manager / General Manager (Part-Time, 20–25 hrs / week)

Good Dog Training is growing, and we’re looking for a mature, experienced Business Manager / General Manager to help lead the next phase of our business.

This is a meaningful part‑time role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, supporting a younger team, and improving systems — while working in a calm, dog‑friendly environment. If you’re looking for fulfilling work without the pressure of a full‑time corporate role, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

20–25 hours per week, with approx. 15 hours onsite in Dairy Flat and the remaining hours working from home.

You’ll work closely with the owner to oversee HR, operations, and financial processes while ensuring the business runs smoothly day‑to‑day.
