Responsibilities

This role is responsible for providing operational leadership to ensure the short and long‑term growth and success of Opteon. Working with the Associate Director, you will implement and deliver the Business Unit strategy, manage the Auckland Government Services operations, achieve operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations, and establish a market valuation presence in the region.

About you

• Registered Valuer (NZIV)
• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• 2 years of junior leadership experience
• Extensive industry experience
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
