Relationship Property Solicitor (5-7 years PQE)

My Auckland-based client is seeking a Relationship Property Solicitor to join their growing team. Experience handling family trusts, asset planning, estates, and charitable trusts is preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in trusts, estates, and relationship property.
• Ability to supervise junior team members.
• Experience managing complex private client files.
• Enthusiastic about developing a career as a specialist private client lawyer.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and legislation, including the Trusts Act, Family Protection Act, Administration Act, Law Reform (Testamentary Promises) Act, Property (Relationships) Act, and related legislation.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proactive approach to client service and business development.
