Role Overview :

As a Customer Success Manager at Tribe, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible services, products, and advice. Acting as our customers' internal advocate, you will champion their needs and requirements daily. This role goes beyond traditional account management, focusing on genuine business and customer alignment rather than typical upselling.
