About the role

This is a fixed term opportunity available until 27 / 11 / 2026.

As a new leader'in'our'Christchurch Client Administration hub, part of a national back-office function,'you will be'supporting Client Administration employees who are often not only new to ACC but also working in their first role in a corporate environment, as well as some seasoned professionals.

You will'empower'your'team to'provide an accurate and efficient supportive'service ensuring our clients receive the right support'to enable'their effective'rehabilitation and subsequent return to independence.

About you

To be successful you will need to be able to hit the ground running and will be in your element coaching and mentoring'team members and'providing support to ensure our success.

You'will'thrive working'in a'fast-paced'environment and'enjoy the opportunity to'work'collaboratively both locally and nationally.
