The Role We’re looking for a Quality Compliance Officer to join our Quality & Technical team on the night shift (10 : 00pm - 6 : 30am). You’ll work closely with production and compliance teams to uphold our Food Control Plan (FCP) and ensure our products consistently meet safety and quality standards.

This role is largely independent on shift, but you’ll collaborate with the wider team to maintain a consistent approach across all shifts.

This is a full-time role, 5 days per week, with flexibility required across a 6-day roster (either Sun–Thurs or Mon–Fri).

Key Responsibilities

• Verify production records, checks, and compliance with the Food Control Plan.
• Conduct plant inspections, allergen and environmental swabbing, and product evaluations.
• Support production teams with quality and GMP compliance.
• Investigate and manage non-conformances, including product holds and corrective actions.
• Assist with audits, verification testing, and training.
• Stop or delay production where food safety or quality is compromised.
• Work collaboratively with other Quality Compliance Officers to ensure standards are consistently upheld across all shifts.
