Mō te tūranga | About the opportunity
Bethlehem Shores is a well‑established, premium community in Tauranga, known for its luxurious independent living options, and we are developing an adjoining purpose‑built care centre with Living Well Apartments and Care Suites. We need to build a passionate, committed team to support the care centre and its new residents, who will start moving in from March 2026.
We are looking for a full‑time Clinical Coordinator to support the Clinical Manager in ensuring ongoing clinical excellence and a standard of care that reflects a person‑centred holistic culture and fully incorporates Arvida’s Attitude of Living Well. This includes supporting the development of self‑led wellness and care teams within households, with residents at the centre of care.
As Clinical Coordinator you will :
This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week) with a mix of on‑floor and off‑floor duties while the community grows, and an anticipated start date of February 2026.
