The Role :

A dynamic mix of hands-on store leadership and cluster-level oversight-perfect for a seasoned Senior Store Manager, Cluster Manager, or someone with Area / Regional Support experience ready for their next step in fashion retail.

• Experienced Senior Store, Cluster, or Area Manager , ideally in womans fashion
• Passion for style, detail, and delivering standout customer experiences
• Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and exceed targets
• A natural leader and motivator , with proven retail operations experience
• Confident, driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The Perks :

• $33 p / h - $36 p / h ($68K-$75K) overtime is paid by the hour
• Fortnightly individual commission + annual performance bonus
• Travel expenses covered for store visits
• Roster Days : Tuesday-Saturday
• Store hours : Daily 9 am - 7 pm - share flexi Roster
• 50% staff discount + seasonal uniform allowance
• Online learning academy with on-the-job training
