OneSchool Global NZ is seeking a highly organised and detail focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our Regional Support Office Finance Team in Onehunga. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting both local and global stakeholders.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will be a key member of our Finance NZ team and will work closely with colleagues in New Zealand, the Philippines, and Argentina. You will support the smooth operation of our financial processes while contributing to a range of projects, controls, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and staff expense reimbursements for NZ
• Support offshore finance teams with automated approvals and payment workflows
• Complete daily bank reconciliations
• Work with stakeholders to resolve financial operational issues and queries
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accrual and prepayment accounts as required
• Contribute to budget and forecast processes
• Support the roll out of regional and global finance projects, policies, and initiatives
• Assist with implementing accounting controls and compliance checks
• Provide finance support for key projects including reconciliations and reimbursement claims
